Overview of the Saskatchewan INP

The Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program, officially known as the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), was established in 1998.

The program was introduced to address economic and labor market needs through immigration to the province.

The Saskatchewan provincial program has been highly successful, with seven out of ten newcomers arriving through the SINP. The province also enjoys a high employment rate for newcomers, at approximately 76 percent, and retention rates are impressive, with over 85 percent of newcomers choosing to stay in Saskatchewan.

Saskatchewan is a favored destination among newcomers. The SINP is often regarded as an "easy PNP" due to the diverse range of immigration options it offers.

Saskatchewan has an enhanced sub-category and several base sub-categories. The enhanced sub-category is called Saskatchewan Express Entry and falls under the International Skilled Worker Category.
